Holy Sh*tballs. Tacos.
I’ve been away for the better part of the decade and the biggest change to Vancouver is there are now quite a few places to find what looks to be like super fresh and flavourful looking tacos. I’m pretty sure when I left all we had was Taco Time. These are from my own humble kitchen in Grandview-Woodlands.
BC’s own Que Pasa corn tortillas, this ‘tried, tested and true’ refried pinto recipe, fake sour cream, cilantro, mexican ground round, queso, chunkity-tomato-jalepeno-salsa, Brittany’s herb-mystery black beans, creamy top secret recipe savoury guac (the secret is nutritional yeast) and a squeeze of lime. Lordy.
